    Astro Research is committed to protecting your personal data. We maintain strict security measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All transactions and communications are handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  2. No-Return Policy
    Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials and strict requirements for climate control and chain of custody, all sales on astroresearch.org are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once products have shipped from our facility under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every researcher receives materials that have not been tampered with or exposed to uncontrolled environments. Refunds are not offered based on laboratory experiment results. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have the necessary equipment and expertise to handle these materials.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    Exceptions to the no-return policy apply only in cases of documented shipping errors or physical damage upon arrival. To qualify for a replacement or store credit, you must:
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing admin@astroresearch.org. Reports after 24 hours are not eligible.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged vial, original packaging, shipping label, and any visible box damage.
  • Include your order number and lot number (found on your confirmation email and product label).
  • If an incorrect item is received, keep it sealed and contact us immediately without opening or using the product.

Astro Research reserves the right to decide whether to issue a replacement shipment or store credit. Cash refunds for damaged or incorrect orders are at our sole discretion.

  1. Order Cancellations
    Orders can only be canceled if the request is received before a tracking number is generated. Contact admin@astroresearch.org immediately with your order number for cancellation requests. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered in transit and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies equally to offline payment methods such as Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Astro Research is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. We recommend shipping to secure locations where someone can receive the package. If a package is marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the carrier directly. We will provide tracking information to support your claim but do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
  3. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
    Astro Research maintains detailed records of all transactions, including order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping tracking, delivery confirmations, COA documents, and customer communications. In case of a payment dispute or chargeback:
  • Contact admin@astroresearch.org before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
  • Chargebacks for orders delivered per this policy will be contested with full documentation.
  • Customers initiating unjustified chargebacks will be banned from future purchases and reported to fraud prevention networks.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal consequences under state and federal law.

We aim to resolve any legitimate issues quickly and fairly; please reach out first with concerns.

  1. International Orders
    International orders are handled individually. Astro Research is not responsible for packages seized, held, or destroyed by customs or import authorities in any country. Refunds will not be issued for orders that fail customs clearance. Buyers must verify that importing our products is allowed in their jurisdiction before ordering. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  2. Use of Personal Data
    Personal data collected is used exclusively for processing orders, customer support, compliance with legal obligations, and improving service quality. Astro Research does not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for shipping, payment processing, or legal compliance.
